Our house is located in the Zlatna luka (Golden Harbour) bay, only 30 metres from the sea and the beach, separated from it only by a local road. There is plenty of parking space in our garden and rooms and apartments boast superb views to the sea. Every apartment has a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a satellite TV. You will enjoy excellent service and we are happy to provide you with any information you need to spend pleasant holidays.

Our family-owned villa/boarding house is located in the picturesque village of Sukosan, 12 km east of Zadar in the direction of Biograd, offering wonderful sea views. It is almost as city hotel, since it is only a 10-minute drive from the center of Zadar, with very affordable prices. Apartments Vilma is a family-led apartment house, run by Lozic family. All apartments and rooms feature a private terrace with nice sea view or view to the green surroundings.
