Castelletto - Cavtat

Castelletto is a friendly, privately run hotel just 300 metres from the sea in the historic town of Cavtat. Cavtat is a perfect base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. From the border with Montenegro to the island of Korcula this whole area can be explored by car or by organized trips. You can also visit some of the many islands such as Lokrum, Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan and Mljet. You will find traditions, incredible landscapes and archeological treasures every step along the way. Hotel Castelletto is just a short bus or boat ride away from Dubrovnik that has been recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The International Airport of Dubrovnik is situated 17 km southeast of the town. For "Castelletto" guests we organize transfer service from and to the airport free of charge Ferry lines: Regular car-carrying ferries run between Dubrovnik and Rijeka and between Dubrovnik and Bari. An alternative is to take a ferry between Split and Ancona. From Split more than 15 intercity-bus connections are provided by different companies per day. Bus services: Dubrovnik is connected with all major Croatian cities (Zagreb, Rijeka, Split and Osijek) by several daily intercity-bus lines. The services are provided by different companies. International daily lines operate to Mostar, Sarajevo, Ljubljana and Trieste. To Dubrovnik by car: From Zagreb drive in direction of: Karlovac -Slunj - Plitvice Lakes - Gracac - Knin - Sinj - Trilj - Cista Provo - Brela - Dubrovnik (distance: 577 km) From Rijeka drive along the Adriatic Coast in direction of: Zadar - Split - Dubrovnik (distance: 561 km)
