Dubrovnik Holiday Apartments consist of 2 apartment houses and the Villa Karla. Neda Apartments are situated at the beach and offer you 4 fully equipped apartments: 2 for 2 people and 3 for 4 people. Mare Apartments are situated 200 metres from the beach and offer you 2 fully equipped apartments, both for 6 people, a swimming pool and a parking area. They are convenient for groups. Villa Karla is situated in front of the ACY Marina Dubrovnik and accommodates 8 people on 240m². The whole property is 1000 m² in size. Villa Karla offers among other facilities a swimming pool, a sauna, barbecue facilities, several parking spaces and a boat mooring. It consists of 4 bedrooms (each with double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a living and a dining room, 4 bathrooms (1 with Jacuzzi) and an open and a covered terrace. The swimming pool is open from 1 June until 15 September and is 8 x 5 metres in size and 1.45 metres deep.
