We have simple and comfortable en suite rooms with balconies; ideally situated for family outdoor pursuits in the forests and mountains; with free parking and 24-hour reception. Groups are welcome. You will be in the midst of beautiful landscapes and attractions such as Plitvice Lakes, the village of Korana and the caves of Baraceve and Dreznik Grad. You can go hiking, canoeing, horse riding and there are over 60 km of picturesque cycle paths leading from here. When its time to relax, you can just sunbathe in our spacious garden whilst the children run around and have fun on the swing set.

The natural beauty of Plitvice Lakes has made them one of the best loved attractions in Croatia. You can see them in a day trip or, for a more worthwhile exploration, you need at least 2 days. You can visit the Plitvice Lakes at any time of year because each season offers a new and distinct view of their unique waterfalls and rugged charm. In the winter season, you can also go skiing in the resort of Mukinje.

We are located in the Rakovica, in the south of the county of Karlovac, central Croatia. The easiest way to find us is to look for the main road D-1 which passes the National Park Plitvice Lakes. The accommodations are situated in Grabovac and Seliste Dreznicko, very close to the entrance to Plitvice Lakes. By car from Zagreb or Split: - Take the main road D-1 (Zagreb - Karlovac - Plitvice Lakes - Gracac - Knin - Split). From Rijeka: - Take the main road D-42 (Rijeka - Vrbovsko - Ogulin - Saborsko). - If you take the motorway A-1, we recommend you exit at Ogulin, Otočac or Gospić. Distances from cities in Croatia: - Zagreb 120 km. - Split 240 km. - Rijeka 150 km. - Zadar 140 km.
